Claire is Co-Head of the Family Team at Emin Read and qualified as a solicitor in April 2009, having practiced all areas of Family Law since that time.
Claire is approachable and offers reassuring legal advice to her clients, with her client’s often thanking her for her sensitive and supportive approach throughout. Claire aims to reduce the stress that her clients at a time when they often feel most vulnerable and strives to provide realistic, clear and concise advice to her clients, whilst negotiating to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients, whilst always remaining committed to understanding each client’s individual goals.
The Family Team is built on personal recommendations and Claire enjoys a professional, yet supportive and friendly, relationship with her clients. Claire is keen to resolve matters swiftly, and cost effectively, to enable her clients to move forward at the earliest opportunity. Claire will discuss all options with her clients and look for ways to resolve matters without engaging in contested Court proceedings where possible.
