Our fees range from £295.00 to £5,995.00 plus VAT (at 20%), depending on the complexity of your matter. There are various factors that will affect our fees:
- The value of your property
- Whether you are a First Time Purchaser
- Buy to let/investment purchases
- Re-Mortgage
- Freehold or Leasehold property
- New Build
- First Registration of Title
- Whether a mortgage is required
- Whether the property will be your main residential home, a Buy-to-let or second property/holiday home
- Whether multiple owners are involved
- Shared Ownership Scheme
- Help to Buy (Government Scheme), Equity Loan or ISA
- Purchase under Right to Buy
- Auction purchase
- If the property has been repossessed
