Our fees range from £295.00 to £5,995.00 plus VAT (at 20%), depending on the complexity of your matter. There are various factors that will affect our fees:

  • The value of your property
  • Whether you are a First Time Purchaser
  • Buy to let/investment purchases
  • Re-Mortgage
  • Freehold or Leasehold property
  • New Build
  • First Registration of Title
  • Whether a mortgage is required
  • Whether the property will be your main residential home, a Buy-to-let or second property/holiday home
  • Whether multiple owners are involved
  • Shared Ownership Scheme
  • Help to Buy (Government Scheme), Equity Loan or ISA
  • Purchase under Right to Buy
  • Auction purchase
  • If the property has been repossessed
