Fees
Our Fees start at £290.00 per hour plus VAT (at 20%). We do however, try and offer a fixed fee where possible, so we suggest you contact the office for a free discussion in relation to your requirements. There will also be a number of disbursements payable to third parties, which will include Stamp Duty Land Tax and Land Registry fees. The cost of the disbursements will be detailed in full when your requirements are known.
